Here's a quick guide to the commands:

General:

!points - Check your premium point count
!online - See the online player list
!uptime - See how long the server has been up before a restart
!deathlist USERNAME - See the death list of a user
!serverinfo - See some server information
!level - Check your level
!shop - After you order something from the website, use this to receive it
!reborns - Check your reborns
!money - See how many coins you are carrying
!frags - Check your kills
!health - Check your current/max health
!mana - Check your current/max mana
!save - Manually save your character
!spells - Check your unlocked spells
!calc - Yes… a calculator command
!rank - Check the ranks of a skill
!color - Randomizes your outfit colors
!vip - See how many VIP days left

Buying:

House:

!buyhouse - Stand in front of the door and use the command to buy a house
!sellhouse - Sell your house
!kick - Kick someone outside the house
!houselist - See the door list
!invite - Invite someone in
!leavehouse - Use this command inside the house to leave the house so you can buy another
